The 38th Annual Gathering of Eagles and "Managing the Skies Expo" scheduled for November 4-8, 2018 promises to be another beneficial and rewarding event for the FAA Managers Association, celebrating over three decades as a growing and influential Association.
Join other FAAMA managers and supervisors from around the country this November as we work together on the challenges of ensuring the FAA accomplishes its mission while facing ever-changing regulations, culture, technology and economic conditions within the FAA and NAS. The FAA Managers Association is engaged, informed and considered a valuable, trusted resource by aviation leaders both inside and outside the FAA.
Our focus for 2018 is "Rise to the Challenge." Advancements in technology create new hurdles to overcome for you and your team. All elevations within our air space will become increasingly occupied by Unmanned and Occupied Air Vehicles. This new challenge will require FAA Managers and Supervisors to sharpen your way of thinking. The FAA Managers Association is committed to providing their members with world class leadership training in order to remain effective leaders that foster positive work environments and safe skies.
The 38th Annual Gathering will create opportunities for building new relationships, networking and collaborating FAAMA Leadership and members with FAA Administration. FAAMA also partners with Corporate Aviation Industry Suppliers for information, education and technology solutions to provide guidance and support in the annual "Managing the Skies Expo".
